Not really rocket science, but in any case I think it's a neat feature. The A-pillar design of the Nissan Serena not only features triangular windows for better visibility, but also the trim on the rear side is different between the left and right side. As you can easily understand, this is in order to provide maximum visibility from the driver's side.

This is basically Suzuki's version of the new Nissan Serena (related posts), called Landy, coming almost one month after the launch of the latter.

Nissan will showcase in total nine models at 2011 Tokyo Auto Salon. Photo of the Leaf concept has already been posted (earlier post) and those are some new photos of all the models to be displayed.

- JUKE Sporty Package (with dealer installed exterior accessories designed for the European and North American markets)
- Elgrand Rider Premium Concept (specifically tuned up for a higher level of driving performance)
- Serena Rider
- March Bolero
- Nissan NISMO GT-R RC (specially developed for circuit driving)
- NISMO Version FAIRLADY Z (engine output is increased to 261kW (355PS), a higher level of sporty handling is realized through special body and suspension tuning and modification of the power steering characteristics. For the exterior, excellent aerodynamic performance is achieved through use of special body components providing greater downforce and reduced air resistance)

The new Nissan Serena was presented in Japan a few days ago (earlier post) and apparently, an interesting question was raised by Reponse. Is there going to be a hybrid version?
Well, according to Satoshi Akira, chief of product planning, a hybrid version is not considered for the near future, but as you can imagine, those are decisions that can change at any time...

The new Nissan Serena (earlier post) was officially released and sales start on 29th November. It is equipped with a newly developed direct-injection engine with Xtronic CVT and a Stop/Start system.

This is the upcoming Nissan Serena (C26), which will be revealed officially on 29th November.
